Las Gaviotas Suites Hotel & Spa Playa de Muro , Playa de Muro (Mallorca)

Staying in the suite with a beautiful balcony and fantastic mountain view was a real treat, but the lack of sufficient heat/steam supply was a downside. The service was exceptional, especially the reception staff, who were very helpful and friendly. The hotel's location, while a bit touristy with plenty of restaurant options, was redeemed by its proximity to local buses for easy traveling. The dining experience, while featuring delicious crepes, had some chaotic moments. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
